Our grilled elvers are captured in Ribadesella and cooked with a light touch of the grill from Gueyumar. Keeping the spotlight on the raw material, these delicacies are canned in extra virgin olive oil from Torre de Canena. An authentic experience of gourmet preserves and canned preserves from Asturias.
